For this week, students are doing different types of physical fitness workouts.
Tuesday most of the classes went out to the weight room and did a Pilates style workout, that concentrates on core strength. We also did some push ups, and jumprope.
Today, we stayed in the gym, and worked in "partner activities", which included:
-pushups
-situps
-jumping jack
-3 different types of balance activities
And ended with a solid jumprope workout.
