Friday Fun Day

Can you believe it's the last Friday until Thanksgiving?

No School Thursday or Friday next week for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Reminder:  Today is the Mid Term for the 2nd Quarter.
Midterm reports will be mailed next week.

Lesson Plans for next week are up.

Friday Fun Day! - For Students not on the ICU List we are in the gym playing dodgeball today.

Personal Fitness Game Day will also play dodgeball in the weightroom.

Weekend:  CHS staff are starting off the weekend with a bang!  First Ever Chili Cook-off and Pitch Tournament will be held tonight at the High School.  Good food and good times will be had by all.

My San Diego Chargers travel to Chicago this weekend to play the Chicago Bears.  Not only are the Bears playing much better right now, but they are also my brother's favorite team.  Be nice to win one.

Video of the week:  Since we're supposed to get our first winter storm of the year this weekend, starting around midnight tonight.... How about some November Rain?

Have a great weekend Everyone!

PE Day, Thursday

JH/MS PE classes will be held in th gym today.  We will be wearing the HRM's and playing different games, seeing how our heart rate is affected while we play.

Personal Fitness is having a workout day.

Chargers play the Raiders tonight, and also the state FB championships start this afternoon in Vermillion.

Hope everyone has a good day!

Lesson Plans/Weekend/Video

Lesson Plans for next week.

I hope everyone has an excellent 3 day weekend!

At my house, it's going to be school work (Grad School), watch the Jacks game (on KSFY this weekend) and probably house/yard work.

Monday is Halloween!  I'm not sure what I'm going as, but I know I want to get home in time to catch most of the Chargers/Chiefs game on Monday Night Football!

This week's video is from Foster the People.

I was talking with my 6th period class about them today, most of the class hadn't heard of them, so I thought I'd put them on the blog.

Enjoy the live version of "Pumped Up Kicks" from Saturday Night Live a few weeks ago.

It's Friday, Friday... with Weekend and Video.

I almost feel bad for Rebecca Black.  Will she ever live that song down?  It's doubtful.
Anyway, it is Friday!  Hope everyone has a good one.

Lesson Plans are not ready, at this moment.  I do plan on writing them today, though.  Check back later.

Good Luck to the Cubs FB team as they travel to Mobridge tonight.

And Congrats to the CHS Cross Country teams!
-Amazing performances yesterday as the girls won another region title (I'm pretty sure that's at least four in a row).  And the Boys finished in third place to qualify as a team.

Some very proud CHS parents were seen walking around the Chamberlain Golf Course last night.
(and yes, I include myself among them.)

Weekend - not much big planned for this weekend. Hopefully I'll get a run or two in, and get caught up in some work around the house.

My SDSU Jackrabbits take on the Northern Iowa Panthers.  Will be a very difficult game for the Jackrabbits as UNI is ranked #2 in the nation.  However the game is played at Coughlin Alumni Stadium, so the Jacks do have that going for them.

San Diego Chargers have a bye week, so I'll get to relax on Sunday.

Today's Friday Video is in honor of the great CC performance yesterday!

Enjoy "A Flock of Seagulls"

And I ran, I ran so far away...

Monday, Monday

Hope everyone had a great (wet) weekend!

Good Weekend in the Harming household.  Jackrabbits won!  Chargers won!  and the Packers won (not my team, but Cameron and Marcus cheer for them).

Region CC this week (Thursday) at the Chamberlain Golf Course.  The official timer will be there, and will be ready!

Health Class:  Chapter 5 Test Today!

Good Luck!!!

Assembly today 7th hour for Native American day.

Hope everyone has a great week.
