  2. Their are no known cures for the cold and flu? daaaang... sucks if ya get one, but their are things that do help if you have it such as Nyquil, That stuff works great when you can't sleep when you have the flu or a cold, okay... so tip number 2 I knew already pretty much common sence you look really wierd doing it but better then getting sick. Alot of people think you can catch a cold by just being around another sickley person.... but no you can only if you come in direct contact by touching your face, mouth eyes, or your nose so don't touch your face! Alas, the one I didn't know, if you use a sauna you can reduce your risk of getting sick, cool. - Spencer

  3. I chose Washing Your Hands, Drink Plenty of Fluids, and Don't Cover Your Sneezes and Coughs With Your Hands. Washing your hands is easy and that's why I chose that. I already have to drinkl lots of fluids for sports so I chose that. And I have had it pounded into me since the 3rd grade not to sneeze in my hands so I chose that one because it's again, easy

  7. I chose Relax for one because thats an easy one, i like to relax because it means you don't have to do anything. I also chose not smoking, because its harder to say no to temptation but i want to do it to test myself to see if i can stop, and its an easy way to keep your immune system up. Finally I shose washing your hands because thats and easy one and its a great way to practice good hygiene and i always wash my hands.

  9. The first topic i would pick i to wash your hands because it is basically the main point on how not to spread germs, if you wash your hands you are least likely to spread them. The second one is dont cover your caughs and sneezes with your hand because like the first topic it is what you use most is your hands so you should not use your hands to cover your caughs and sneezes instead you should use you sleeve. The third one is Do aerobic excersices daily to run off most of your sicknesses.

  10. I am most likely to wash my hands, cover sneezes and coughs with something other than my hands, and exercise regularly. I have a habit of washing my hands anytime I touch somthing gross or dirty. i never snezze or cough into my hands. Since I found out how effective it was I have covered my mouth with the my arm or a tissue. No matter what time of year it is a have a constant urge to be working out or playing a sport. It has kind of become a habit.
